This trial is inspired by seeking a standard-conforming
alternative implementation of the naff Macromedia Flash insert used
as a main menu by www.businessweb.com, a Swindon company insisting on
using inaccessable systems that seems to have gone bust.
It is directly-inspired by the main menu used by
free.us, which is cross-platform
compatible, and requires no additional software.

It is not entirely clear why the animations wobble. This seems to
be a sub-pixel error that crept in before anti-aliasing. It doesn't
matter, since it is not serious, adds to the look, and the eventual,
3D, implementation will be generated by a different method that
wouldn't suffer from this feature.
